Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because digital products unlock and become fully accessible immediately after on-chain payment verification, AuditX does not offer refunds for change of mind, "didn't work for me," or similar reasons once a product has been verified and unlocked.

When a refund (or fix) will be offered

Despite the policy above, we will make it right in these specific cases:

  • Payment verified but content didn't unlock — your TxID confirmed on-chain but a technical error on our end prevented delivery.
  • Duplicate or erroneous payment — you accidentally paid twice for the same product, or sent funds for something you never intended to buy.
  • Materially not-as-described — for example, a purchased script that does not run / does not match its description, and cannot be reasonably fixed.

How to request one

Message @nnk2021520 on Telegram with your TxID, the product name, and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed manually — this is a one-person operation, so please allow reasonable time for a reply.

What's not covered

  • Trading losses or underperformance of any strategy, bot, or simulation — see the Risk Disclaimer. Nothing sold here promises a profitable outcome.
  • Change of mind after a product has been unlocked and viewed/downloaded.
  • Issues caused by running code on your own infrastructure incorrectly (we can offer support via Telegram, but this is not grounds for a refund by itself).
